Hi,
Today I found a website called 3jam for text messaging over cellphones. The service is excellent, I could send messages to almost any carriers worldwide including Iran telecom network. The service seems that still doesnt support Irancell network.
They also provide a widget to put in on the webpages for text support. Here is the widget in action, use it to send messages to my cellphone:
